Q - How long will my order take?
A - Generally your order will be ready within the week or 5 business days unless we our out of stock of your item, in that case it will be 14 business days in which case you will be notified.
Q - I need uniforms urgently, i cant wait a week...can you please help?
A - Yes we can help if the order is urgent - please EMAIL us and include your phone number with your inquiry.
Q - Do you offer LAYBY?
A - No
Q - Where are you located? I cannot find your shop?
A - We operate a home based business based in Warrnambool with mobile vans throughout Victoria.
Q - Where do i collect order from?
A - We will contact you via text and or email once your order is complete and ready for collection from our home office address in North Warrnambool. Your order will then be available for collection for 7 days 8am - 8pm and is contactless.
Q - Do you have school uniforms all year round?
A - Yes, we carry a full size range already embroidered ready to go all year round.
Q - Are your school uniform sizes generous?
A - Yes, the majority of our sizing is true to size and are generous EXCEPT
1/ Maroon vest - Warrnambool East PS (Order one size bigger)
2/Navy Culottes - order one size bigger.
Q - I have ordered the wrong garment or the size does not fit, can i exchange or get a refund?
A - Yes you can, we can offer you a full refund or exchange, simply email us. Please note, garments need to be unwashed and with labels intact.
Q - Do you have a 100% cotton range?
A - No - our garments have a mix of cotton and polyester for durability and colour fastness.
Q - I have PREP child starting school and i am unsure of sizing...what do i do?
A - We run school uniform shops in early December where you can have a fitting. Contact your school for dates. Alternatively please email us for a fitting at our business by appointment.
Q - Can i supply you garments for you to embroider/print?
A - No- we do not embroider/print out sourced garments.
Q - Do you supply school hats or bags?
A - Yes we do, however these are sold directly via the school.
Q - I need a bigger or custom size, can you help?
A - Please email us and we will be happy to assist.
Q - Do you only accept Paypal?
A - No , we accept Master/Visa card payments via Eway.
Q - How are your garments packed?
A - We recycle packaging and all our orders are packed using recycled packaging and no NEW plastic bags are used.
